1. Set Up Utilities

City of Ammon provides water, sewer, and trash service. The property owner must apply and be listed on the deed. Online applications are encouraged.

Apply For Utilities

Ammon’s municipal fiber optic network offers high-speed internet through multiple service providers. Visit the Ammon Fiber website to choose a provider and get connected.

All dogs in Ammon must be licensed annually. Licenses can be purchased at City Hall or online.

Animal Services

All businesses operating within Ammon—including home-based businesses—are required to be licensed and inspected by the Fire Marshal.

Business Licenses

Idaho law requires vehicles to be registered within 90 days of establishing residency. Contact the Bonneville County Motor Vehicle Department for registration and titling.

Register your Vehicle

File a change of address with the U.S. Postal Service and update your Idaho driver’s license through the Idaho Transportation Department.
